Well I took the advice of not going back to edit things while I’m still working to finish the first draft and it has helped a lot. Even though ideas change as I’m writing, I am realizing that revising is where we make it all make sense!

I’ve just hit 50k words in the first draft and It’s hard to say how much is left, but probably another 20-25k to finish the idea?

I was also reminded of a little children’s book that I wanted to write, so I may work on that too. It would be like 10 pages. It’s already done but I’d love to make the illustrations. It’s about funghi! 🙂
